SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ldlune. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping/ Local delivery Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

SHIPMENT PROCESS

All orders are processed Monday-Thursday. Some orders may not ship or be delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email (or telephone if provided). ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT METHOD ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

US Standard Shipping 5 - 10 business days

  • Shipping delivery is only available for addresses within the continental United States.

  • At this point in time, ldlune only ships within the continental United States.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO

ldlune ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

ldlune is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders for customers who opt for local delivery will be processed and delivered the week of or the following week if the specified date and delivery window chosen at checkout are past the date of the week the purchase was made.

  • Local deliveries are only made available to District of Columbia residential addresses at a flat rate cost of $7.00 and $1 per item.

DELIVERY WINDOW

  • Tuesday afternoon (1-5 PM)

  • Wednesday afternoon (1-5 PM)

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been delivered.
